BTEC Advanced Certificate in Mindfulness and Safe Working in a High Reliability Organisation (Level 3)
The level 3 Advanced Certificate is aimed at participants who wish to gain professional recognition and qualification, enhance their skill level, and improve their prospects of career progression. The objective of each of the five course units is the personal development of technician level staff working in high risk industry to better anticipate and prevent adverse events, as part of their responsibility for technical operations and maintenance.
Level 3 provides more in-depth learning into the concept of HRO thinking, the role of organizational mindfulness in everyday processes and actions, and the important role mindfulness plays in an asset-based environment. Participants will gain knowledge in the application of the concepts of organizational mindfulness, and the contributions these can make to personnel safety and asset integrity.
